Welcome to construction as it should be.
Cook Construction & Renovation is a response to the crumbling levels of trust in the construction industry.
A “professional dad” of three, Keith Cook set out to create a company that would take care of Denver families through over-communication, top notch craftsmanship, and faith-driven family values.
It’s a construction “startup” - dedicated to shifting our clients’ view of construction and proving that 1) you CAN trust your contractor, 2) the trades are an honorable (and needed) profession, and 3) remodeling your family’s home doesn’t cost a fortune.
Ask Keith: 2026 in Review
Keith Cook looks back with Caleb on a big year at his North Denver construction startup: earning a Class B general contractor license, adopting Houzz Pro and AI tools, building real-time estimates, and why being a family-centered contractor matters more than ever.
Ask Keith: “What are Cook Construction’s Mission & Values…and what is ‘Welcome to Construction as it should be’ supposed to mean?”
Keith Cook and Caleb dig into the values behind Cook Construction & Renovation: clean, organized job sites, family-centered planning, a tech-friendly client experience, and treating subcontractors with honesty and respect.
